Stroll for Salford

We’re delighted to announce that Camptech is the official sponsor of the very first Stroll for Salford in partnership with Foundation 92!

This exciting new community event takes place on Saturday 4th October, and we’d love for you to join us in making history.

What is Stroll for Salford?

The Stroll for Salford is a 6-mile sponsored walk designed to bring people together while raising funds to support community sport participation across Greater Manchester. It’s not just about walking—it’s about promoting healthier lifestyles, inspiring teamwork, and supporting the incredible outreach work Foundation 92 carries out every day.

The Route

Participants will enjoy a route that celebrates the city’s sporting spirit:

Start: Hotel Football

Via: The National Football Museum

Finish: Salford City FC Peninsula Stadium

What’s Included?

Every registered walker will receive:

An official event T-shirt

A commemorative medal

A match ticket to see Salford City FC take on Grimsby Town

By taking part, you’ll be directly contributing to Foundation 92’s mission of increasing access to sport and physical activity. The funds raised will go towards initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds across Greater Manchester.
